What This Is
Veritatem Press is a private CLO knowledge base built for one purpose: to help a senior corporate lawyer transition from big law into an in-house Chief Legal Officer role with maximum competence and minimum blind spots.
After 28 years in big law focused on corporate, securities, M&A, and capital markets, the areas you know deeply are well-represented here for ongoing current awareness. How Alerts Work
The alerts feed aggregates client publications from leading law firms. These are scraped automatically from public firm websites, then categorized into the 13 topic areas using keyword matching and AI classification. The system runs daily and appends new alerts to the feed.
